Not a good experience so far. Two months ago I scheduled an appointment because we were moving to Florida from out of state. I have Crohn's Disease, so obviously a good GI doc is imperative to me. The appointment was to be at 2:30 pm on August 18. Two days prior to the appointment, I receive a phone call from their office stating appointment has now been changed to phone appointment due to uptick in COVID, and he will call between 2-4 pm. Already I'm not thrilled with 2 hour window and phone appointment, but I will work with it. Then, at 12:53 pm, the doctor calls. I'm totally unprepared to take his call since he is now calling more than an hour before scheduled time, and I'm not in a great spot to discuss personal GI issues. But still, I'm willing to work with him. Then it gets better..... first thing he asks me is if I need a colonscopy. I said "No, I just had one, I made the appointment because I have Crohn's Disease.....didn't you receive my records?" Then he said he needs to do blood work (which I also just had and sent to him), and he needs to see me in his office. What. The . He*#!! My original appointment was supposed to be in the office! 🤦♀️ He also said someone would be calling me within 30-40 minutes to now schedule office appointment. 9 hours later, still no call.Two things....I don't think I can use this doctor, and communication is seriously lacking here.

I have an endoscopy done 2 months ago and I still do not have my follow-up appointment. The office keeps calling changing 5 times now the appointment day. This doctor and his practice only care when they are doing a " procedure" - when is a money maker for them_ but once that is done they do not care. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that care.

He did not arrive at the surgery center until 40 minutes after my procedure has scheduled to begin. I was not told he was not in the facility until he arrived.

Dr Rajab is one of the best doctors in the area. He is very smart he knew exactly my problem within minutes and he prescribed me the right medicine I was suffering of a burned esophagus for weeks and was not able to eat well.Thank you Dr. Rajab.

Called to schedule a new appointment for my old mother. They accept Medicare and AARP. Receptionist was nice and answered all my questions.
