After talking to the staff here, I feel talked down to and worthless.

Please do not waste your time coming here. If you have mental health issues that you are needing help with I assure you this is not the place. I have never seen a Doctor office be so unorganized. On top of that the anger and attitudes that the workers have at this office towards patients and just in general is very sad. I left that office with more anxiety then I came in with.

I love the Doctor and nurses, but the office staff is absolutely horrible. Always scheduling my childs appointments AFTER his medication is needed. I'm having to urgently call them to get an appointment before his next one. They NEVER call back, if they do its 2 days later. Do NOT recommend

I’ve called at least 30 times, AT LEAST this week, and still NO ANSWER

The psychiatrist - not even a psychiatrist but rather a nurse practitioner - is very rude and each time I visit I leave her office with something bad to talk about. She has ignored me when I told her a medicine doesn’t work for me and prescribes it anyways, saying “Well it’s gonna work now”. She’s told me that people with Bipolar can’t live without medicine because they’re sick. She’s accused me of trying to get stimulants, saying that I don’t have enough symptoms to have adhd while I was answering her question of “how have u been feeling” She later told me I was self sabotaging and that it’s my fault I’m having these symptoms. Then she prescribed me a medicine that she 1. Didn’t even talk about in the session and 2. Was for adhd. Ironic. She doesn’t seem to have an understanding of people with mental health issues unlike the other psychiatrists I’ve had. It’s like she goes off a textbook and she swears it’s the only truth. I’ve also expressed to her many times that I want to stop taking medicine but she says that she can’t take me off until I am “better” and not showing any symptoms .... bottom line it’a always an infuriating experience it’s like talking to a wall so I don’t recommend getting your medicine from her.

These people never answer the phone, they’re unorganized, and their billing department tried charging me for services I was told I didn’t have to pay for. If you want to save yourself a headache, don’t use them.

The service from this place is non existent. They do not care about there patients or try to help anyone.

My dad went to them for help. They told him he didn’t qualify and sent him home. My dad committed suicide

I've been calling for 2 weeks trying to reschedule an appointment I missed. No one will answer the phone. I've left voice messages and never received a call back. If you guys need a new receptionist I'd be more than happy to volunteer. Jesus.

If I could rate lower I would. If you care about your mental health, do not go to this facility. Over the past three months instead of helping, they have made my husband worse instead of better. They are incompetent and unhelpful. We had an incredibly hard time getting them to do the necessary paperwork for his HR and disability benefits, which put more stress on an already stressful situation. His psychiatric nurse here, Edeline, failed him in a very big way and made his depression worse. We will be submitting a formal complaint against this facility.
