Awesome Doctors. Always very patient and one on one with their patients. The staff there ( Raechel, Mellisa and Nora) to name a few are always polite and friendly.
Dr Flynn completely dismissed my pain and misdiagnosed me. I feel he isn't educated in reading MRI's. Dr Flynn relies on the technician report only. He begrudgingly referred me to Dr Placer only for injections, only after months of useless tests and me begging for help. Dr. Flynn basically gaslit me and accused me of only wanting pills. I was finally diagnised by a different Dr with arachnoiditis. Dr Flynn completely missed this, but it is clearly seen on my MRI-only if you know how to read MRI's. I got a spinal cord stimulator installed, by a good Dr, who treated me with respect. I am doing much better, after wasting a lot of painful time with Dr. Flynn. Do yourself a favor and pass on Dr Flynn.
I was referred to Dr. Snavely from my pain management doctor and from the moment I checked it I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff. Dr Snavely I will say is the best. From the moment he walked in and he was very prepared about my problems I was having knew exactly what was he was going to need to do to help me gain my life back. My surgery was planned out a few weeks later and he was supportive from the beginning of my surgery and afterwards was still available for anything I needed questions I had. He has the best bedside manner, compassion and truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see a spinal doctor/surgeon to use him. I have seen a lot of doctors and I can say he is the best of them all.
I absolutely love Dr Placer. He’s gentle, kind, and informative. He listen and treats. The PT definitely helps.. and this latest procedure helped me immensely. I have never ever had a pain management doctor that doesn’t believe in giving you narcotics right off the bat. Thank you, Dr. Placer for all that you do!
I had read the review about how bad the front desk/office was, but tried anyway. What a complete disaster! I had to go to Clermont radiology because they "have a relationship with them". Got 3 plain films. No offer of a disk to take with me, nothing. Then the paperwork from the ortho office they were going to mail never materialized. Never told me I could get the damn things online. I was told the office would have the films in 2 days. THEN the office tells me the afternoon before the appointment, that I HAD TO BRING THE FILMS OR MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE RESCHEDULED. SERIOUSLY?!!! And that was after 3 text messages and a phone call confirming my appointment. Not to mention the fact they had a tough time confirming my name when I called about the paperwork. I am a pathologist, MD and was referred by Orthopedists I trust and respect. No idea how they got it so WRONG. Perhaps the doctor himself is decent but the total incompetence of the office staff to get to that point is not worth it....Philippine Brooke MD
Excellent! Very nice, efficient staff. Well organized. Spinal injections work! Dr Placer is a great doctor. He has other offices if Clermont isn’t convenient.
My husband and I have both seen Dr. Placer for years. He has done spinal injections and does our pain management. He is very kind and very good doctor and would recommend him.
A pleasant environment both waiting room and staff. Usually on time with patients unless emergency occurred. Has several offices if this one not accessible. Recommend to new patients who don't have patience. The staff and doctor put you at ease. Doctor always explains in people terms vs medical terms when the need arises.
Worst bed side matters ever! Waited 1 hour 45 mins before being seen ( I was the 3rd appointment of the day) to only be treated poorly and seen away with no help! Seen the doctor for a total of 8 minutes! Would not recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
