Is not hands on. Doesn’t listen to your heart or lungs. Likes to do everything over Telehealth. Diagnosed Pneumonia over telehealth. Never had pneumonia. Is good with Medicare. Very knowledgeable with that.

Dr. Laura Jones is very caring and listens carefully to her patients. She always makes time to answer questions. Her PA Kristy Pena and staff are also Great! I am grateful to have such a good doctor to care for me.

She's dangerous to the people in this community. She caused me to have a stroke in 2004 and then dropped me as a patient and took no responsibility for her disregard for human life.

Dr. Laura Jones LISTENS to her patients, communicates very well, is very thorough in her quest to improve patients' health. Her front office staff could use some training in making patients feel welcome. Lab staff are super.
