Tried to do telehealth. First off.. the lady on the phone told me 3:15 and then she changed it to 3:30 and it hung up on me. Then she called back and I told her I'm sick I need to do a visit just to talk to someone. She said , oh we can't do that if you have strep. We can't test for it. All I wanted was an opinion of my symptoms. She was extremely rude and hung up after that.

I absolutely appreciate Medexpress in Clewiston. They were very patient, even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing. They took their time and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at this location was professional and made this experience easy and as quick as possible. I would definitely make the drive again for this type of service. I also got to witness that their treatment with other patients did not change. Everyone was treated fairly, with respect, and was asked to put on a mask upon entering the building. The front desk clerk is proficient in her job and respects patient privacy to the utmost. Wonderful staff!!!
