List of Simon Vinarsky's Reviews
If I could give a negative review in stars I would. Dr Vinarsky is the worst clinician I have ever dealt with. Our first office visit we were kept waiting for over an hour and on subsequent visits he was late every time. He put my 90 year old mother through a Pet Scan and several MRI's. The radiologist sent us home from the second MRI because he didn't follow protocol with regards to hospital procedure with regards to ordering the second MRI. He then wanted to send her to Orlando for yet another test in which he was supposed to forward a referral which never happened and we never heard from anyone about setting up an appt. He put my mother on medication and when she needed to speak with him about possible side effects her calls to his office when unanswered. When my mother told another of her physicians about how she was being treated as a patient by Dr. Vinarsky this physician than reached out to Dr Vinarsky. Dr Vinarsky finally called and he was rude, demeaning and dismissive. He actually hung up on me when I advised him I would be making a formal complaint to Health First corporate about his attitude and quality of care. I have also filed a complaint with CMS.He wasn't concerned about her outcome this was purely about ordering one test after another for monetary purposes.
Doctor Vinarsky is straight forward but also a compassionate Doctor. He always has treated me with respect and always shows that he is very concerned about me. Dr. Vinarsky help me through the most extremely difficult time of my life. Thank you, Terri
Dr. Vinarsky checked my 95 year old mother for cancer because of a mass behind her eye which was causing double vision. He ordered a PET scan which came back negative for cancer. He then wanted to discharge her since she didn't have cancer. But she still wanted to know what was causing the double vision. He told her to go see an eye specialist but in the mean time, he prescribed 60mg. of Prednisone daily. No follow-up, no referral, no instructions on what Prednisone can do to you if you don't taper off gradually. (Google it). Fortunately, I have had experience with Prednisone in the past and could guide her. When we saw an eye doctor and told him the dosage, he just rolled his eyes and began tapering her down immediately. Shame on Dr. Vinarsky for prescribing such a drug with no follow up.
Dr. Vinarsky and his staff have been very supportive to my Mom. I call with many questions or asking for help for her and they are always so kind and very responsive. When we see Dr. Vinarsky he has such a positive attitude and that means the world when you are fighting Cancer. Everyone on his staff can't do enough to help. I am so grateful that he is my Mom's Doctor.
10 years and counting! My experience with him and his nursing staff was that they were very attentive and responsive.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
