Dr Raymond Biaz is the most caring doctor I have ever been to. He is very knowledgeable and follows up on all tests and other physicians he recommends. I would highly recommend him as your choice of physicians.

I had to change Drs due to family changes and Dr Baez has made that transition so much easier. He is caring and thorough about his care for you. I thank him 🙏☺️ for that.

Dr. Baez is a very kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring doctor; he cares about his patient's and listens to them. His nurses and staff are very friendly, professional and always help me, when I need to get in to see him.

I made an appointment with who I thought was Dr. Baez office to find out it’s a call center in Texas that I spoke to. Not a bad thing people use call centers all the time. But when it’s your family doctor I don’t think that this is a good thing. So now after waiting three weeks to get an appointment I show up to be told that Dr. Baez is not accepting new patients. The receptionist went on to say we left voicemails with the call center for no new patients. This goes to show how far out of contact this office is to their patients. If you can’t take a phone call from a patient then I’m not sorry but then I don’t need you as my primary care. I would not recommend this doctor based off of his office staff which is a reflection of the doctor.

Dr Raymond Baez is the most educated, caring, honest, friendly & thorough physician who always takes the time to listen to your medical condition. The specialist he refers you to are the best for your care. We thank God for his expertise care he gives all the time. He has been our families physician for many years. Love & appreciate him very much.☺

Dr Baez is an excellent doctor. An exceptional diagnostician and caring individual. He takes his time with all his patients and asks all the right questions to understand their condition. A truly remarkable and professional doctor. Certainly a 5 star individual.

Dr. Baez is a great doctor and the staff is friendly and attentive. What is really wrong is the amount of time waiting for attention. It is ridiculous to wait for one and a half hour to be call, just to wait 45 min more inside the room. Not only one time, most of the time happened this year.
