UPDATE : it’s been 2 weeks and neither him or his staff has contacted me. They literally do not care. He has the attitude that he has enough patients. He does not need you. The staff is the same. I’ve been a patient for about 2 years. He’s never the kindest person but honestly very condescending. I put up with it because I trusted him. He failed to call in the new directions for a medication I’ve been taking. Because if this I ran out of my medicine. I started trying to solve this at 8:00 am on Monday. First I’m told that even though their phone system directs you to leave questions for the nurse …” we will never listen to those. You now have to call the appointment desk and we will transfer you to the nurse. “ So Monday was a waste because no one called. Tuesday I call to ask and that’s when I found out they don’t listen to those . so now on Tuesday I started calling twice a day as I was getting upset being without my thyroid medicine. Nothing happened. No calls back. Nothing to my pharmacy. Wednesday same thing. Thursday after calling twice I was told it might be called in. I called my pharmacy only to find out they called in the wrong one. Fri nothing still despite begging crying etc as I’m worried about being 3 weeks without my medicine

Excellent physician. Very thorough and detail oriented. Spent lots of time addressing all my questions. Worth the drive! Highly recommend.

Previous patient. Tried to make an appointment. Office staff is rude. Office manager (Erica) doesn't get on the phone or answer her line. Terrible experience. Will be filing a complaint with my insurance.

He is what he is Good

I have been a patient of dr. go off and on for 18 years. I’ve never been overly impressed but thought I was doing the right thing by continuing to see a specialist for my condition. I research my condition constantly and bring my concerns to him which fall upon deaf ears, I’ve asked for different tests and blood work numerous times but that goes unanswered and ignored. At my last appointment, before I ever spoke a word, he told me to find another dr then writes on my file that I refuse to see him again. I brought a family member as an advocate and he wouldn’t even let her speak of her concerns or finish a question. I’ve never had a dr cut someone off while their speaking and shut them down so quickly. I’m very disappointed at the way we were treated, in front of my young child as well.
