Faiaz Rasul's Online Review Report Card

I’m gonna rate the entire office. The doctor himself is a great person. A good doctor, kind and does a good job. His NP Lori, is condescending and rude, not just to me but to other patients. I have seen it with more than just myself and my family. My dad once needed FMLA to care for my grandmother who was dying. He was about to retire. She said “I’m not gonna write you FMLA so you can retire early”. He had 2000 hours of sick leave so he took that- for an entire year. He was just gonna do intermittent sick leave to care for her but that pushed him over the edge. He still retired too. Got his pension and all. He’s actually doing amazing. I’ve heard he tell patients they need to get married for insurance, and she told me I needed a surgery to remove a body part in order to fix my attitude. I wish I was kidding. His office staff is just like any other. They have good days and bad days. If this review was just on the doctor it would be better. But sadly, you can’t see him anymore. He only sees patients sometimes.

Dr Rasul is my father's physician. I am very involved in my dad's Healthcare. With the multiple heart issues, chronic pain, and other health issues that frequently pop up, I have been to Dr Rasul's office numerous times. As a nurse I am very diligent with education. Dr Rasul is very educational and will take the time to explain what is happening in a way non Healthcare individuals can understand. He is patient and extremely intelligent. He seems to view his patents holistically, looking at the hole picture. Nothing but amazing things to say. His staff is also wonderful, kind, and helpful. The APRNs who work with Dr Rasul are also wonderful, listen, and are educational as well.

Over the last 25 plus years he has become more than just a dr to me he is like a friend/family. He really cares and listens to you

Was patient for several years; changed insurance and Dr. Rasul was not on my plan; did this for two years; changed insurance back to have him be my Dr. again.

Dr. Rasul is a wonderful physician. He's so compassionate and truly cares about his patient's. He listens and considers the individual's input when discussing medications or testing. As I said before, he's a wonderful physician. We have been his patients for 20 years.That should speak volumes.

I have been a patient for over a decade and highly recommend Dr. Rasul. He is very compassionate and has wonderful bedside manner. I love that he doesn't push unneeded pills or surgery. In a world of 5-10 minute physician care I am very thankful that he takes the time with his patients and really looks at the big picture. I would not trust my health to anyone else.

Dr Rasul is the best Dr in Brevard County! He is very compassionate, he listens and truly cares about his patient's and most of all, very intelligent! Lori, RN nurse practitioner is a true asset to Dr Rasul as well as to the Patients and is greatly appreciated! The MA"s are all very kind and helpful! Wendy, at check has always been great and very helpful. Anytime that I need orders for labs or MRI's refaxed, she is right on top of it, she keeps the office running! I would definitely recommend Dr Rasul!

Dr. Rasul, his Nurse Practitioners and his office staff come together to give excellent medical care. I have seen the doctor several times and his three nurse practitioners dozens of times and each one is as good as the next. Highly intelligent and spend time to get to know you and really listen to why you are there. They help you receive excellent medical care like none other in Brevard County. The time they spend with you to get to know you and the reason you are there carry over from visit to visit. They are very organized and the men and women who work there are very nice and efficient. They are very busy up front at the desks and get phone call after phone call. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would never go to any other physician for my health, body and mind.

The doctor is pleasant and knowledgeable. The office is staff is rude and unprofessional. Changing doctors for that reason.
