Horrible communication with patients. Made long trip into town. Office girl took my payment quickly and ready to make me fill out pages of paperwork already done previous. Decided to ask waiting time only to be told 'just alittle wait'. Asked what is 'little wait'her response was PA in surgery be about an hour wait and 3 patients ahead of me! Does office personnel not think patients should get a courtesy call or be told of wait time? I had another apt. If I did not ask wait time, I would have been sitting there thinking my name would be called reasonable time. Got refund and will never ever come back or refer this office again. I'm 68 years old I don't have time to wait 'just alittle while'.

I wouldn't recommend this office for several reasons. Parking is always a challenge. The parking directly in front of the hospital is solely for handicapped parking, which is fine but I didn't know that ahead of time and the adjacent parking was mostly filled. It took awhile to find parking and finding the office. The receiving front desk is not very courteous and appears bothered by questions. I was called back 40 minutes after my appointment time and then left in another office for 12 minutes before I saw Dr. Ross. An update to my initial draft. I've been back twice and each time it's been an issue with the scheduling times. The wait is unreasonably long and taking time out from work has caused me issues just to be frustrated through the whole process here. From scheduling, to the front desk demeanor, to the wait time, this is not somewhere I'd go if I had a choice again.

I was a short time employee there and in the two months I was there never saw an office so disorganized and unprofessional in my life ! Mind you I've worked for doctors office for more the 20 years and had the worst experience ever working for this practice !! The doctor is rude, unprofessional, and cares very little for her staff ! All she cares about is money and selling her products! I was there two months and saw 7 people quit within that time including her PA! I will never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy ! I do not know how this practice has stayed open with all the incompetence that goes on there !! RUN as fast as you can !! She makes more money then I don't know what and couldn't offer paid holidays , no overtime , no PTO and her benefits sucked !!

Dr Ross is amazing Best dermatologist!!! She can diagnose conditions that other doctors could not. Very professional but also very kind.

Decent priced Laser Hair Removal, but with unprofessional technician and crappy results. I've been coming here for a while for laser hair removal, big mistake! Found out you can get a much better price with Groupon, elsewhere! Maria was my initial technician, and she was very technical and professional. A little chatty but you knew she was doing it for a long time. The results were great. She later quit, and warned me to avoid Sienna. Maria said Sienna didn't know what she was doing. Sienna was very unprofessional; passive aggressive, sarcastic, she would laugh at me when I winced in pain from the laser, and would say mildly offensive things in small talk. She wasn't even sure what laser to use on me at first and had to ask Dr. Ross. I always dreaded having to go to her before I ceased service completely. It only worked temporarily and would grow back anyways. Maria was right! Sienna doesn't know what she's doing. If she doesn't like you, she'll make it known. She should stick to eyebrows, laser is not her forte. Dr. Kim Ross herself is a sweetheart and so is one of her nurse practitioners. Look elsewhere for better service with friendlier staff, you won't find it here!

A doctor who cares about their patients and a staff who are friendly and great at their job

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady. My visit is to see Sienna for my 4 week follow-up for the micro blading Sienna did for me. Then she came to the waiting room and said she'd come get me in just a minute. Even a little early I was taken back. I love my new brows, perfect! She was very attentive, patient and detailed. I could not be happier, as a more mature woman with thinning brows. You would never know! I had been to Dr. Ross office years ago, and the other comments you see may have been true then, but there attention issues have totally been resolved.
