Horrible experience with dr Henry. Very cold and combative

Was called the night before, told that paperwork should have been mailed to me, but confirmed it wasn’t. Was told to show up 10 mins before the appointment to do the paperwork. Mind you, I was not given enough time to adjust my work schedule to allow for this as I practically had zero notice and could not get out of important meetings at work. Ran behind for the appointment by 8 mins, called ahead to let them know while I was mid-drive (out of courtesy) and was told to reschedule since the paperwork was to take 30 mins all of a sudden. Then while explaining why I needed the appointment and that it couldn’t be cancelled, we were hung up on by the receptionist. I travelled over an hour to get to this appointment. While the Dr herself may be good (based on he referral I received), the customer service is not.

Dr. Henry is a wonderful Doctor. She takes time to answer questions and makes sure you are comfortable. The nursing staff is amazing as well. For the first time I actually feel comfortable visiting a doctors office.

Dr. Henry is a wonderful doctor. She made me feel very comfortable through out a very thorough exam. She was on time, answered all of my questions & concerns. She truly is dedicated to her profession. Dr. Henry's nursing staff were excellent as well.

My experience with Dr. Henry has been wonderful. She recently performed a surgical procedure on me and has provided great care. She is very detailed and makes sure you are comfortable and is very easy to talk to. She cares for her patients and it shows. We are very happy we found her.
