Dr. Maldonado is very thorough in her examination. She doesn't rush the patient during the office visit. She's always very professional and yet caring.
I always have her undivided attention. She’s compassionate, very thorough and up-to-date on the latest technology and innovations. I love her.
Dr. Maldonado is the best and worth the wait.
She did not listen to my problems. When I refused the care she suggested (which is my legal right), she had the care performed against my wishes. $42,000 later, turns out that I'm perfectly healthy, just as I had stated to her. In fact, I have the blood pressure "of a 19 year old." I am 69. I immediately changed doctors.
She ignores my questions, gives no explanations for anything. Try to get a referral. Ha. I've been waiting months for 2 referrals. Good luck getting through to the office on the phone. I was treated so badly that I was reduced to sobbing.
Doctor Carolyn Moldenado-Garcia is a great doctor who is up to date, caring, and stays on top of things.
Office staff, assistants & Doctor Garcia all were the best. Im very happy that I choose this staff.
Good
Came in for my annual physical and to review my lab results. Dr. Maldonado-Garcia took an appropriate amount of time to go over my results, something that has become a rarity in other practices.
Dr. Maldonado is very rude and unprofessional. Her bedside manners are horrible, but most of all, she violated HIPAA laws by illegally giving my EKG results in front of other patients. When my EKG was completed, I was in the waiting room and asked to speak with her regarding my results, she was annoyed and gave my results in front of other patients and yelled at me for having more questions. She did not want to discuss key patient concerns and further aspects of medical follow up. She is lacking in medical knowledge when questioned on basic guideline treatments, She did not do a complete physical exam even though that was the purpose of the annual physical appointment, and upon further questioning, became irritated and yelled at myself in the hallway in front of other patients. Foul mouthed at the least is the description. She is not ethically of sound mind to practice medicine and especially when she violated my patient privacy rights by telling my EKG results in front of others
