Love this doctor’s office. Appointment times are always on time, I never have to wait. Dr. Thakur is always very thorough and writes lots of notes. The office staff is very nice and helpful, especially Ana. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Thakut, Dr Singh and their staff are professional, thorough and friendly. The facility and clean and welcoming. My questions and concerns were met with a level of respect and understanding which is rare. They're passionate and truly invested across the board!As an added bonus - their prescription rx text messages make receiving prescriptions a breeze. It's great to receive med info, side effects as well as when its ready at the pharmacy in as easy initiative interface. Plus the app automatically finds applicable coupons.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE AS A PROVIDER FOR YOURSELF OF YOUR LOVED ONES! The most rude and incompetent staff, I have ever encountered. I am truly baffled by the lack of customer service and empathy presented. If Dr. Chhatrapal Thakur, has any sense at all, he will fire them all and bring in a new group of people who actually like interacting with people and know how to communicate appropriately. The level of disrespect of both my mind and time, is completely unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint on behalf of myself and my family.

I wish I can give this dr and his office managers and employees a -0 stars. They don’t even deserve my time writing this at all. First and foremost the Dr there can care less about his patients and has no interest at all. I’m am not sure why he even chose this career with no care at all. Most importantly, the office manager is very very rude and unprofessional. She has no patience with patients and their family members. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy, not to mention the employees there are in on the unprofessional behavior of the office manager and they all are in cahoots with making patients life a living hell. I hope they shut this place down!!!!!!!!!!

This has been the absolute worst experience as a caretaker for my grandmother. They have lost all documentation submitted and do not follow through with promises. I have been waiting on I’m home support and they have yet to follow through. The office manager and front desk person is was extremely rude and the specialist office was a witness. I plan to report the entire practice for not providing care for my grandmother.

Dr. Thakur displayed extremely poor bedside manners, and also seemed to not be concerned with my well being and seemed focused on other things rather than my healthcare.

Beware of malpractice - was reccomended to see a psychologist or be committed instead of researching prior life-threating cardiovascular condition.
