After years of seeing my child being treated just like one more number, we were very impressed and privileged to have found a caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and kind doctor, who won't rush us out of the door. Dr. Valencia is very conservative in her diagnostics and prefers to dig deep into the problems instead of just dismissing things as normal. She is a great listener and also shares her personal parenting issues and solutions with us.

We asked her to check my daughters iron level, thru blood work as she has Thalassemia and lately was very tired and couldn’t concentrate, she said we don’t do it. We asked why she simply said no meaning she didn’t want to. I don’t know how she could be a doctor. A parent goes to her because they have a concern for their kids health and she refuses to do her job. Stay away from this so called doctor.

What a nightmare, could not have been more unprofessional. Stay away. This is my first review of a doctor and was told to go here to review with the hopes of saving other women grief. There are waaaaayyy better choices for care.

Dr. Valencia is an exceptional pediatrician! In the most frightening moment when my baby wasn’t breathing right, she knew what to do from the beginning, and saved my baby. Very caring, took the time to explain everything and has excellent bedside manners, the best!

Not sure why this woman is a Dr. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This is one of the rudest Dr.'s I have ever met in my life. Not only is she rude she is malicious. She needs to have her license revoked!
