I have been to quite a few neurologists along with pain management doctors for migraines. Dr Ferreira actually listens and will keep trying new meds until she can help control your migraines. Very easy to talk to and doesn’t rush you out the door. Great staff.

The staff is sweet, friendly and helpful. Dr. Ferreira has been amazing. She is attentive and listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed talking with her regarding my migraines. She has helped me keep my migraines under control for which I’m eternally grateful. Great Doctor!!!

Dr. Ferreira and staff are pleasant and welcoming. The treaments for tremors that l have received have been very effective. I am able to drink liquids now without spilling it all over my clothes.

Just used Dr one time who has a great reputation. In response to her putting my husband on new meds w two week sample, things were ok. When calling meds department, it was set up for us to get a call from Walgreens specialty- it never happened after calling the meds department three times. In response they couldnt take criticism & took on a defensive attitude & never followed up. So girl tells me it’s at a Walgreens in Flagler Walgreens WPB when we live in Boynton Beach. So she proceeds to send prescription to my pharmacy which couldn’t fill it- it was blocked.THEY DONT KNOW THEIR BUSINESS OR HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER SERVICE SITUATION. NO APOLOGIES ONLY DEFENSIVENESS, WOULDNT LET ME SPEAK TO DR & didn’t understand he would be stopping this meds cold- not good for a person w his illnesses.WHY DONT DRs TRAIN THEIR STAFF? As a past pharma rep, who dealt w trained personal, it’s sad that they put untrained defensive ppl in these positions. Is it a lack of respect for patients, is it just wanting to get cheap help? THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING & not allowing us to discuss w Doctor is a sad state of affairs. Either they’ll learn or lose patients! I’m sending this on a review not to be vindictive but bec I doubt this will be told to the Doctor! Thank you

Awesome doctor. Spends time to explain everything and answer any questions. Very helpful with recommendations to get lab work done and medication refills. Office staff is very nice. I feel so blessed to be one of her patients!
