Pediatric Associates's Online Review Report Card

I have been taking my children to pediatric Associates for years from Pembroke Pines, Hollywood , Lauderdale Lakes, Coconut Creek, and even Coral Springs! I’ve never had a bad experience at any location. The hours are always flexible and the doctors are always knowledgeable and down to earth. I’m so grateful that they exist literally everywhere!

Pediatric associates staff members are always kind and upbeat. They make the doctors appointment less stressful!

I made an appointment for 7:50am on a Thursday for a reason! My baby wakes up at 7 and goes back to nap at 9! Also, I work at 10am. WHY is it 8:30am and the entire waiting room full of patients has almost completely emptied? A room that filled up after I came in!!! No one waited more than 3 minutes. I asked them 3 times about what is happening and they kept telling me I was “the next one to be called” I’m disgusted by how I was forced to put my babies health at risk for NO REASON because everyone knows going to the doctor where sick children also wait to be seen is a huge risk.I really don’t understand how I was unable to be seen before everyone else who came after me when I made an appointment. GET IT TOGETHER.

I need a copy of my child's immunization record so I called the office and after holding for 30 minutes, was told that I could get the info on the patient portal. The operator says he will send a email and text but I never receive the info. I go on the website, find a link to the portal but it's unclear how to create an account. It asks for the guarantor's name, phone number and birth date. I enter my husband's info because our insurance is through him, that doesn't work, I use my info because I'm the one that takes our daughter for her appts, that doesn't work. Finally, I try her info, that doesn't work either. I have currently been on hold for 25 min with the machine saying my estimated wait time is 19 or 21 or 22 minutes over and over but I have actually been waiting for 30 min.It shouldn't be so difficult to get my records. I called my daughter's school and they say they don't have her records either. What in the world is going on down here? I am looking for a new Pediatrician if anyone knows a good one that has real people that answer the phone.

The people making the appointment were very helpful. However, the doctor gave my son a referral for the wrong doctor and no one answered the phone for 30 minutes. I called again and the same thing happened. My son’s appt. for a specialist is Thursday and now I have to be inconvenienced and go there in person to have a new referral issued as quickly as possible.

My son went for his annual check up last year. The physician recommended a unnecessary procedure (wort removal) and I told him and his staff as long as my insurance covers the procedure I am fine having the removal done. The staff came back and told me it would be covered. The insurance company did NOT PAY for the entire amount and I owe $122.51. Their customer service department, which is a third party company, and I have not resolve this issue. I should not have to pay for any amount.

I’m really loving my kids new doctor! They always been apart of pediatric associates plantation office but at this new location (new to us) Dr. Abigail went above and beyond! With the anxiety of moving back here, finding a place, getting the kids in for school physicals, finding schools, etc. She gave me a job to do where I left with the front office so I expected the front office to follow up on her behalf. She herself actually followed up with me on a Saturday! It honestly was so comforting to know that the drs we depend on for answers for our children’s care took the time to address my child’s needs really meant a lot me!It’s just one less thang to worry about when this COVID is still present and in these schools. God bless this practice but most importantly cover these children at the schools and daycares that that virus will not enter their bodies. Cover your children in prayer 🙏🏾

I been trying to call to the office 3 days! And they never answered the phone 😐 And If you want an app you have to wait at least 2 weeks

They have an amazing staff and doctors.
