I was originally scheduled to go to this doctor office because of having fibroids not caring of the pain that I'm in they scheduled me two months away!!! Ok so when I finally got in the office I was scheduled for a surgery which of course they was scheduling another two months away not caring of the pain effort so I went out of country I informed them the lady I spoke with in the office said that would be fine I still get to touch base with the doctor. She was supposed to have her call me of course that never happened so when my surgery was scheduled two days before I called the office, then they're telling me they can't do the surgery. I ask why they cannot give me an exact answer. However, I ask for the doctor to call me. They told me they were going to have the office manager called wish the office manager just called. She was very rude very disrespectful. Seems like she's very races. She told me that they will no longer be doing my surgery because of what her coordinator told her that I was rude, which is far from the truth so apparently, they never listen to the recording conversations. If you're black stay far away from here this is a very racist place and the doctor could care less of what type of pain you are in. They will schedule your surgery 2 to 3 months out. You're lucky to even get in when she called me today telling me that they will no longer be doing surgery I've already made plans with another doctor already but this is one of the worst place I've ever dealt with their unprofessional there racist has no clue of what's going on. She just goes by word-of-mouth the doctor don't even have much respect to even give you a call to see what happens but her office manager is very disrespectful and she shouldn't be treating patients like that! I'm definitely filing a complaint with the board of health as well in the office manager told me to go ahead and make sure I do that immediately!!

I had the worst experience ever here stay away from here I’m making sure everyone knows they will schedule you two to three months out for surgery and than cancel on you the office manager is very unprofessional rude disrespectful don’t call as a courtesy to here your side she calls immediately threatening which I don’t take lightly I’ve already file a attorney general complaint I’m not going to stop this office manager will never treat people the way she does ever again!!! And if your black stay away they are very prejudice !!!!!

I had a serious allergic reaction to Afinitor. It put me in ICU at FMC. Now trying to regain voice, eating directly. Eating from tube in belly. Will keep you posted.

After 4 years of positive PAP results , and fibroids and a family history of female Gyno cancers my gynecologist recommended I go see Dr. Almeida. After 4 weeks of my follow up calls I have as advertised Id have to see their nurse practitioner. My situation didn’t seem arrant seeing Dr. Almeida. What horrible insensitive and unprofessional customer service.

Dr. Almeida is a surgeon w/skilled hands, which is all I want in a surgeon. She is brilliant, KIND & gets to the point swiftly bc of the life threatening subject matter she is expert. Her surgical precision is immaculate, refined & respected by referring physicians. Her education is ongoing & current. Her evaluations in clinic can be trusted. I love that she went to UM & fellowships w/ brilliant minds. She clearly is top of her class. W/ 100% confidence I can assure you, you are in expert hands & should enter these doors w/ gratefulness & respect for this caring team of professionals. I am forever grateful for Dr. Almeida & her superb staff.

Dr Alameda was the best damn Dr ever very caring and attentive to he PT needs love her and fall she did for me cant say enough about her and her office stuff please keep up the good work and again thank u
