Extremely unprofessional never even introduced himself to begin with. It took him about 2 minutes to brush me off by simply saying I needed to make an appointment with a gyno, he left didn’t ask if I had any questions and that was it. I was in the hospital for about 5 hours just to be told off by him as if he didn’t care. I asked the nurse to call him back for me and he wouldn’t even come speak to me, she said we can’t do anything for you but hospitalize you. Poor attitude and poor treatment!!

I was at the ER at Coral Gables Hospital. Dr Lugo came to told me that my exams were ok. When I saked a few questions he disappeared without answering my questions saying he had more patients. A nurse came to see me saying: I think that you have thisand that, here are your prescriptions. When I asked about the results of my exams she got anxious and angry and told me that's what the doctor gave me for you. You can go home. Very unprofessional, you can see that they are not happy with their job, but that's not my fault!
