I went to them with tooth pain. They did x rays , showed a cavity and I needed a deep cleaning. Ok it was needed. It cost me out of pocket $500-600 dollars! I was told I was going to need 2 root canals , and maybe a third! Then I was referred to an Endo . I go to this specialist and I was told the exact same thing! It cost me out of pocket $261 dollars for less than 10 minutes of me being there! Nothing was done! Like I was just there to give them more money! The Endo specialist just looked at the x- rays and put a cold test on my tooth. Then I was told that if I wanted my teeth fixed and to be out of pain it was going to cost me $1600 dollars per root canal ! $3700 for the two and will need to have a third in the future!!! There’s no way I can afford this!! I am on disability right now and trying to get healed up from a major surgery ! It is apparent that our medical healthcare system is HORRIBLE! I have already looked and seen I can get all of this fixed in another country for under $2000 with the exact same treatment and materials! Looks like the best option I have !

I chose Sage Dental because I’ve gone to them before and they were very efficient. But I went to a different location this time. It was right in my old neighborhood, And I was there visiting. Dr.Basile and her assistant were so advanced with their skills and equipment that I was in and out of there in one hour for a root canal! That’s unheard of! Amazing staff, and it was covered 100% by my insurance company. Of course make sure and get all your paperwork in ahead of time.

Wow! My daughter has a dental phobia like nothing I have ever known. I was told there was NO2 in the office, there was not. We were sent to the wrong location for her appointment and when we arrived late at the correct location we’re told they couldn’t fit us in. When I pushed (I flew to florida to be with her specifically for the appointment), we were brought in only to have Dr. Basali ask me to leave the room, patients were not allowed to have anyone with them. WHAT?!?! IN WHAT WORLD?!?! We left the office. Don’t risk yourself to this type of care. Paula Fitt, RNC.
