Just not comfortable with staff talking about another patient so that, in the waiting room area, I could hear details. What about confidentiality?!?!

Dr Ray is the best most compassionate Dr I have ever met. He was my psychiatrist 40 years ago, and was truly my "bridge over troubled waters."

Dr Ray and Rhonwyn are very focussed on individualized patient care specifically for the patient. It is great how the doctor and physical therapist work together in treating the patient. Also,I have been seen consistently within 5 minutes of the appointment time. They are also very flexible with rescheduling appointments.

Dr Ray and his administrator Patty have my pain managers since 2014. I origionallly came to them for help to get me stronger and better prepared for knee surgery I wanted done on. My right knee. They assisted me in regaining the muscle and coordination I had lost to a weakened knee as well as a more manageable grip on the weakness and pain I suffered from an auto accident. I can say now after surgery that I am better Fit to take of my own needs as I age than I have been since 2011.

Dr. Ray has been very instrumental in helping me get through my issues. From the moment I first sat down and spoke with him I was at ease. He explained the condition that I have and explained it to me in ways that I could understand. After that we set up a strategy on how to go about fixing me. Since then I've been feeling a lot better in the past few weeks since beginning with him. And Patti his administator. Is just as helpful with everything you need in the office. Thanks guys.
