Terrible overall. This doctor spent 3 minutes with me the first time and changed my medication. The requested weekly sessions at first but then never showed up to sessions. His nurse takes the follow ups. She’s more professional than he is. He takes calls while in his garden and doesn’t have patient notes handy. Overall seems very irresponsible with patient care and is never on time.

Do not rely on this doctor unless you want to roleplay as Sisyphus. You are lucky if your prescription is called in after an appointment. And when it is not called in--which will happen--you will have to find a way to reach the office. But if you call the office it will ring...and ring...and ring...tempting you with promises that you are 4th in line. Then third. Finally, you think you are next! Until they hang up. So call back, wait , and be hung up on again. Push the rock up the hill, Sisyphus. Emailing the office is another lesson in the futility of your actions. They will not be answered. I doubt they are even read. There is an inbox online somewhere, filled with the dashed dreams of desperate patients. My last appointment was over a month ago. I still have not been able to get my prescription filled. Clearly, Albert Camus had never dealt with this office when he wrote "one must imagine Sisyphus happy." Avoid this office unless your goal is to experience existential masochism. In that case, you have come to the right place.

I am mortified to have trusted Dr.Bregman and his office with my mental wellbeing. The doctor of your worst fears is this individual, he takes offense to patients wanting to see a different provider that is not him. He takes a week or more to send a prescription to the pharmacy — knowing well that you are in need of a refill as you have to see him monthly. Meaning if you want a consistent and reliable mental health plan, he will laugh in your face.

Horrible Service!!!! They NEVER answer the phones and they NEVER answer your emails!!! You can Never get ahold of anyone!!!! Also everytime I see Dr Bergman he is playing with his orchids on zoom and never calls in my prescriptions to my pharmacy. So I have to call for endless days to have they call in my prescriptions!! It happens all the time. I can not believe this office is still open. This is not a professional medical office!!! The office is so Negligent. They should be SUED!!!

Drug pusher who pays no attention to patients. He takes a week to call in a RX, it is then wrong or incomplete. Once you schedule and pay for an appointment you cannot reschedule, no matter if you are doing so weeks in advance. You have to book and pay for another appointment and they will not issue a refund. He was in his bathrobe on his patio for my last video call. My appointment was less than 3 min, he simply named my current RXs, said "done" and hung up. He did not ask a single question. He then took a week to call in my RXs, both where wrong. I spent 2 days trying to get through to his office, was repeatedly disconnected once i got to position 1. He is a rug pusher, probably an addict himself, and has lost every nurse and doctor who has worked for him. He has lost his contract with CVS and probably other pharmacies as well. If you are looking to score drugs, Dr. Arthur Bregman is your source. He will probably get your RX wrong though, so if you don't car what drugs you are taking that's not a problem.

Dr. Bregman's first words during our appointment were: "How are your meds treating you?" without knowing that I was not taking any medication at the time and was a new patient. Clearly, he had not read my background. He then proceeded to comment on my Hispanic last name, which is legally two separate names. He said that "In America, we use one last name. Don't use two." I later explained my reason for scheduling the appointment, and he prescribed medication within 5 minutes. When I asked what his thoughts were regarding my circumstance and how his prescription would help, he said: "Exactly." Confused, I asked again. He said: "My answer is exactly." Offended by his behavior, I explained how I did not wish to move forward with him given his racist comments regarding my last name and his lack of explanation for his diagnosis. He proceeded to say that "I never want to see you again." He was unprofessional and this behavior is unacceptable, especially for a psychiatrist.

It's impossible to get a prescription refill or talk to the office without an appointment. They are more concerned with billing your insurance than your mental health. AVOID THIS PROVIDER!

Worst experience I've ever had at a psychiatrist office. Not only did i wait 2 full hours to see him two different times. Their staff is the worst staff ever dealt with since no one in the office cares about your concerns. He promised me the first time I would never have to wait that long again because he just got back from vacation but two weeks later for my follow up it was the same exact situation with everyone in the waiting room complaining and wondering if this guy even cares about the amount of time we WASTED in his office. Save your time and see someone else

I have been a patient of Dr. Bregman for 2 years and must say he helped me immensely. Fine doctor..listens and really cares. Great staff too.
