One of the nurses was extremely cocky by telling me that it was not her first rodeo when I told her where my sons vein was and she stuck him a few times and had to call someone else to get his vein because she could not find it! She was rude to me. The woman that finally came to find my sons vein was amazing her bedside manners were great 👍and she was very kind I didn’t get her name but I really liked her. My son was bit by a Flannel Southern Moth and he was in a lot of pain they had to call poison control

La persona que está en el frond desk en el turno de la noche del día 6 de diciembre de 2021 me trato súper mal y no me validó el ticket del parqueo y me dijo q solo para tomarme la presión tengo q esperar q atiendan a todo el mundo primero me dijo q había una emergencia por eso la demora y después me dijo otra cosa y cuando le di el ticket nunca lo valido bien grosera deberían de botarla de ahí no tiene forma para atender al público

Had a very good experience, from registration process, excellent staff and great experience with Dr. Hernandez. She was thorough and very understanding. Loved the option of getting the medicines on-site. Highly recommend.
