Not happy with my experience. Do not feel comfortable here Overcrowded and not a personalized experience

I don’t know where to begin other than I am pregnant after my third iui. My iui coordinator Alex was god send. She was exactly what me and my husband needed in the most sensitive time in our life. She was available to me for the smallest of things every step of the way even when I got discharged. Dr. H is amazing. He’s very straight with you and doesnt tip toe around anything which is what my husband and I liked. Our third iui was our last try and they did everything possible to make it the one that worked. By the grace of god it did! Being discharged was the saddest day for us we were not ready and felt so attached to them. For all the women going struggling with conceiving, conceptions is god send. Now I’m 12 weeks with a healthy baby boy and I couldn’t be more grateful.

My husband & I met with Dr Hernandez many years ago, we would have remained a patient but our journey took a different path. As a result we have only been able to be outside monitoring patients. This journey is tough, doing it out of town is a whole different challenge & I don’t know I could have done it without the support & help of Alex, she has always helped me when I’ve needed it. Even though I’ve seen her more times then I hoped Alex is a really lovely human, always friendly & happy making an uncomfortable situation bearable. Please know I am truly grateful for you Alex

This clinic was a waste of time and money and was frustrating as hell!

The woman who comes to this clinic is because whatever her case is, she is going through a situation that she probably never imagined she would experience. However, if the reality, whatever it is, is crossed with a team of people full of empathy, professionalism, the path to travel is much better. I can say with complete certainty that I was where I had to be and with the right people. Thanks to all the team. For being there following up and also being loving and empathetic. Sin embargo si la realidad sea cual sea, se atraviesa con un equipo de personas llenos de empatía, profesionalismo, el camino de transita mucho mejor.Puedo decir con toda certeza, que estuve donde tenía que estar y con las personas indicadas. My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Shah and the entire staff. They were very patient with us and explained everything very thoroughly. We are expecting our first child this summer thanks to Conceptions.

Pésima atención. No le recomiendo este sitio a nadie.

The staff are super kind and knowledgeable, but just be prepared to wait at least an hour before being seen for every appt. My first visit, I was seen immediately (not sure that was a coincidence), but once you’re an established patient, visits will involve at least an hour wait. Just be prepared.

Unethical ,unorganized and a horrible center . I specifically told them not to redo the blood work that I have just done at another clinic ,Ashley promised that it will only be few extra tests, it was all lies , all they care about is charging the insurance as much as they can ! Be careful stay away!!!

It was a great experience…supporting and lovely staff…I would like to thanks to the RNs Yissell and Grettel for always being there during the process…also to the team who took care of me during my procedure..Dr Shah, RN Annette, MD anesthesiologist and embryologist…Thanks so much
