Dr. Janelle Vega's Online Review Report Card

She is a genius but n dermatology!! A perfectionist, and I would give her 20 stars but they only allow 5.

Their are many Great doctors in Miami who are well mannered, honor appointments, and have a nice disposition that make u feel like ur in good hands.. Dr. Janelle Vega is not one of them.

Horrible experience every single time. Incompetent from receptionist, office manager and billing manager. Lack common sense

Dr. Vega is fantastic! She doesn’t have time to sit and chat because she is busy; but she listens, explains, and has great manners. She’s very professional, meticulous, and excellent at every procedure. They are a little expensive; but, just don’t trust anyone else after being with the best. I’ve been going to her for many years.

I loved my first visit with Dr. Vega! Do not be put off by an appointment fee; it is applied to the procedure or filler you select. I went in for a freshen-up of filler for my upper lip and marionette lines. She listened to me and then offered and simply explained how I could achieve better results from Sculptra. I gave it a go and I am sold on Dr. Vega - it looks great! She was also nonjudgmental and mindful of cost when I discussed my financial concerns. I got what I want for a price I can do. Also, before I left she, let me know about a third party rewards program I could benefit from. I am thrilled with the expertise, service and care from this practice. I highly recommend Dr. Vega.

Arrogant and rude are an understatement! Dr. Vega had the bedside manner of an ice queen.. I waited two weeks to get an appointment (no problem) Came in on time with my paper work pre-registered online (as required) waited an hour in a half to be seen (still ok) until she came into the room With this very (I’m so board with this job attitude) and two assistants behind her. Super uncomfortable. I had to leave. Charm school would serve Dr. Vega well.

$175 dollars for a 15 minute "facial"... what a disappointment. Made an appointment for my mother and I to get facials after following Dr. Janelle Vega on various media platforms. Thinking that I would be value as a customer, I was completely underwhelmed and taken advantage of. Little information was given before, during and after the process and after wasting $350, I will not recommend or refer to any of my friends or family.

I came here on 2-19-19, Dr.Vega was who I requested for! I must say she is amazing! She is my dermatologist in Miami!!! I will look no further!!!

I had a good experience with Dr. Janelle Vega. The filler has lasted on my laugh lines for well over a year. Doctor Vega was punctual too.

Ignore the previous negative reviews on here.... do your research, do it well, know exactly want you want, know your budget, know that the path to enhancing and maintaining is a constant and carefully executed process, and most important TRUST IN YOUR DERM. I went in to the office for the first time with all of the above and got exactly what I expected - which was for Dr Vega to provide professional, safe, and experienced care specific to my concerns. Though she isn't a mind reader, and I initially told her what made me want to come in, she also commented on some things she recommended but I just didn't know how to put in to words. It was a huge YESSSS moment in my head. I felt like she just knew me and what to do. Her staff was so sweet and friendly. The best part is my super fear of needles and blood wasn't an issues. She found a way to make easy conversation to distract me, and made me feel relaxed. Super happy I found this office, and I'm hoping that they can provide for you what they did for me, so long as you come as a prepared patient with clear goals, outcomes, and budgeting!
