As a patient of the Fetal Institute, I have had the pleasure of getting to be seen under the care of Dr. Kontopoulos on multiple occasions. She is everything you would want in a doctor. When I have had a procedure done, she is kind and offering words of encouragement that I will get through it. When I have questions or concerns (and I am a very anxious person), she is patient, reassuring and and confident in her responses. I have always felt that I am in safe hands with Dr. Kontopoulos. Her experience and skill have always made me feel that there is nothing I could throw at her that she couldn't solve. When I first met Dr. Kontopoulos I asked her if her other patients are as nervous as I am, and she replied that on the contrary they are at ease because they have finally found a team that can help them. I now know exactly what she means, and I am so grateful to be one of the individuals that has been supported by Dr. Kontopoulos and the Fetal Institute. If all medical professionals were like Dr. Kontopoulos and Dr. Quintero, the world would be so lucky. But then again, that is why they are so special and unique.

I was diagnosed with possible TTTS and went to the office of Kontopoulos-Quintero. I saw both of them when I progressed from no TTTS to Stage 1 within 5 days. Dr.Kontoupolis calmly went over all options with me and planned surgery immediately. Both doctors were extremely knowledgeable and pute at ease. She was the one who did my surgery with Dr.Quintero assisting and despite me having multiple hurdles for them to overcome, I never heard them panic during surgery. She saved both of my babies and I could never thank her enough

Dr. Kontopoulos & Dr. Quintero were both Amazing with my Twins Transfusion surgery, If it wasn’t for coming to this office I would of lost all hope! The nurse Taina is very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Kontopoulos is a great Doctor I’m grateful I was able to see her, she literally saved my twins!!

Dr Kontopoulos is amazing, we are so happy with how she helped us in my very complicated triplet pregnancy. Would choose her as an mfm eyes closed anytime! We are very grateful to have been able to have her as our doctor, we felt we were in the very best hands possible. She was very professional, kind and caring.

Great doctor! Quiet but skillful and caring in her work. She came to see us at the hospital when I successfully gave birth to my identical twins. Her work along with Dr. Quintero for us through a very complicated pregnancy.

The most caring and professional doctor. I'm blessed to have her in my life and the care of my daughter. She has incredible knowledge and takes her time to monitor everything. I had a prior horrible experience with other doctors that left me in the dark but in searching for the best, I found her. She brought light to my darkness. I will always forever be grateful.

I had cvs with Dr.Kontopuolos she is a very good doctor,knowledgeable and very approachable doctor.i was very nervous when i had the cvs because i thought it was painful but with doctor Kontopoulos i did not even feel her hand in doing it.i was so lucky i met her.i will highly recommend her to anyone.
