Dr. Tozman is an excellent physician. She listens carefully to whatever you tell her and sees you as a whole person. She is concerned with your overall wellbeing as well as treating your rheumatological issues. She is both caring and experienced. I feel lucky yo have found her.

Very dismissive. Ordered bloodwork and never delivered results despite multiple calls to the office. Had to selfrefer to another provider to finally get diagnosed. She derailed my entire diagnosis process for years. Very nonchalant about concerns which ended up being keys to my ultimate diagnoses. Horrible provider would avoid at all costs.

With the years I have seen Dr. Tozman and I believe 9 years. As a Doctor she is excellent in all. Diagnosing Explaining understanding very very good at what she does. Cares for her patients. I would not trade her for the world. I recommend Elaine C. Tozman to anyone that needs her specialties.

Dr. Tozman is an outstanding professional who really care about her Patients. She listens to the patients concern and provides confort and hope it is a blessing to have Dr. Tozman as my rheumatologist.

She is a pro. Was referred to her when others could not diagnose my problem. She knew what the issue was after a short exam and a notsoshort conversation She confirmed it with a blood test and I was being treated and feeling better the same week. She is compassionate with patients while being direct and focused at the same time. She is pleasant and takes her time no driveby appts. She really listens to her patients and uses their info. in honing in on the problem. Love her.

I saw Dr Tozman on December 12016 she was very thoughtful and caring great exam . I have called her five times since and have had no response from her about my blood work or any follow up ? I cant believe the thoughtless and and downright disregard for my well being. I finally gave up and its March 2017. I would not recommend this doctor at all
