List of Francisco Kerdel Md's Reviews
Please next time take a bit more time when prescribing medications and ask questions, I was prescribed oral minoxidil for hair loss and almost end up in the hospital with heart problems. Staff were super friendly and everything but I barely had time to speak to the actual doctor, he just rush in and left in less than 2 minutes.
Gracias doctor
my favorite doctor, was always fast, easy, and reliable and always helped me and supported me through my accutane journey
Very hard to hold a person when you call for a simple question.
If I could give this office ZERO stars, I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUDE OFFICE MANAGER. I had an appointment on 01/11/2022. The visit was rushed. I was told that there would be a prescription for a cream (which I got delivered the very next day) and also a prescription for pills that would help with my itching and that I should take at night time because it'd most likely make me feel drowsy. This would be medicine that treats the symptoms, but does not solve the actual problem. Before leaving my appointment, I made sure to remind one of the doctors that saw me (I can't recall his name but it was not Dr. Kerdel, whom I saw for less than 2 minutes) about the pills that would help me with my itching at night time since the itching is so bad that I just can't sleep. I spoke to the office manager (finally, after many calls) on 01/18/2022 and she told me she would speak to the doctors as she didn't see any notes about the other prescription I was told I'd be prescribed. She called me back, which I could not answer at the time. There was no voicemail. And then the chase started again to get to communicate with someone from that office. Finally, after my third call today, I spoke to her and she told me the prescription was “ALREADY” sent on 01/18/2022. (Thank you for sending this ONE WEEK LATER? In the meantime, I am the one itching and scratching all over my body.) As if that wasn't enough, to say the office manager was unapologetic is an understatement. Her tone and attitude towards me was that of 1) this is already taken care of, and 2) I should have known that the prescription was sent the day I spoke to her. NO. I knew she would check what happened. She would call me to inform me of what's going on. But I did not speak to anyone from that office to inform me my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Lastly, she hung up on me. I know we all make mistakes. We are all busy at work. I get it. It happens to me too. The difference is how we react to those mistakes. We cannot get DEFENSIVE when someone calls out our mistakes. SPEAK TO THE PATIENT'S IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER CATHERINE. Besides this, I would still not go back to this office. It is highly rated in Google, which is why I chose it, but I felt like they did not care about me AT ALL. I thought I would see the doctor I made the appointment with – Dr. Kerdel. I thought I would be greeted by the receptionist that checks the patient in. I thought I would be asked questions about my new skin condition (like when it started or when do I notice it the most). I thought I would be given a gown to undress to show the parts of my body that is being affected. Instead I had to lift my shirt and pull my pants down a little. I didn’t even get to show them my thighs, which is where the itching is so bad. I thought we would get to the root of the issue and try to find out what’s causing this.
I went to this doctor for a skin condition, he saw me for less than 3 minutes, prescribed a medicine that only Made it worst, and this was just to make me go again and pay another visit and cure it. Went to a cheaper and less luxurious clinic and problem solved. I do not recommend this place
Terrible. Made an appointment to be seen for acne and rosacea and was seen for maybe 1 minute max and was given almost no information. I had to pry info out of this doctor question by question and I could tell he was annoyed by me asking the most basic of things. Zero personalization to the patient, zero teaching or information given about medication options, side effects, indications etc. I work in medicine, and trust me when I say this doctor is not it. Go somewhere else. Left the office with no idea why or what he is prescribing me and for what reason. No instructions on application of topical, frequency. Literally zero information was given to me. After the 5th question I asked him, I gave up because I realized I was just going to find a new doctor and I didn’t trust what this guy was recommending anyway.
I will never go back to this place and do not recommend this place at all! Dr. Kerdel was very rude.
Went for the first time to Dr. Kerdel, and was a very nice experience, Dr. Kerdel to me was the best, Dr. Matew his assistant as well as Karen front desk. Will go back for sure. Proffessional and friendly all I needed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
