The WORST CAT and MOUSE game I’ve ever seen. They hang up on you making it seem normal so I call back and tell ask them. No apology!!! So she asked for my info again, then the girl says I need unnecessary notes from my primary doctor to just to have you suffer longer so that you can be told to up your dosage or do some Sort of lousy diagnosis. They have NO interest in helping patients it shows because I’ve never received a call in over a year and then they cut me off my medication now my skin is completely back to square one. Where is the customer service. They pay for lots of Google ads so they can keep up the horrible customer care. FAKES!

They never answer the phone and I have no way to request a prescription refill, you can't even request a refill online, they don't seem to care about their patients.

I called to request a prescription refill, a very rude woman answered me, I told her I needed a refill she said sorry I don't take refills, I asked how can I request a refill she immediately showed me attitude, what kind of workers do you hire where asking for a refill triggers them? Never coming back to this practice.

Excelente profesional . Fui atendida por el Dr Francisco Don, hace ya 3 años ,por un carcinoma de piel , como consecuencia de mis largas exposiciones al sol sin protección adecuada. Gracias a Dios y a él ,me lo extirpo y quede perfecta . Tenía mucho miedo porque era en la cara al lado del ojo. Por eso recomiendo 100% al Dr Francisco. El y todo su personal me hicieron sentir muy cómoda y segura. No Ira con otro doctor . Gracias de nuevo 👍🙏🙏🙏🙏☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Dr Don performed a MOH procedure on my father. He and his team did an excellent job from greeting us in the waiting room, to our consult in the exam room, to the actual procedure and check out. I highly recommend This practice
