I called to make an appointment with Dr. Gubbens, I used to go to his office back in mid 2000 when he was at Mercy Medical Building, when I called today, they tell me that Dr. Gubbens does not like to see other doctor's patients, turns out I went to see another gastroenterologist withing the Gastro Health Group, I told the receptionist I was not happy with that doctor, so if you are not satisfied with the care of another physician, don't bother calling Dr. Gubbens even if at one point you were his patient, because now he does not like to see other doctor's patients. Great, way to go!
