El Dr Machado Jr. Un gran médico. Las personas que atienden al paciente dejan mucho que desear. Espere por hora y media para que me informaran que no tenían el referido, cuando del seguro me habían informado que hacía 2 días lo habían enviado.

I just recently start visiting this doctor and the staff is very attentive and take care of your needs. My father recommend him to me and I do the same for people that need a cardiologist. They are doing the best to take care of my situation.

El personal que atiende es muy mal educado. Simplemente haces una cita con 15 días llegas y te dicen que no serás atendido y ya.

Never come to this office unless you want to wait more than 2 hours just for the follow up .The office is very unorganized and schedule too many people with not enough doctors to see all the patients at once. I have had an appointment at 10am and arrived one hour before and they called me after 11am what is the point of having an appointment if they will not even see you at the schedule time. Also the customer service is horrible , the lady in the window is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

Worse customer service ever! Dr forgot to give me stress test results, even though he said I was fine. Been calling his office (who nobody seems to speak english) for over 3 months to get my results. Says they cant send me my results? Really? Never going back again.
