List of Jerrold Young's Reviews
The office staff and the Doctor Young was excellent my first surgery ever performed. I recommend 100%.
Inguinal Open mesh surgery, Gilbert method -July 29th- Severe Nerve pain and somehow they can’t write on my work note post surgery. No bending Kneeling, nor quick pace walking as my job entails I be able to do Within The 100k square feet warehouse. Can’t tie my shoes without bending over in pain. Nor kneel. No quick reactions to catch a falling object like a pen without falling to the ground in pain. I’m a 36year old male whom has always identified as fit an able. I’m a child abuse survivor, a state wrestling champ. I’ve completed the MS 150mile bike tour and the Grand fondo 100mile bike ride among other feats. I can handle pain I can also manage ignoring it to accomplish the goals I set myself after. Yet I’m easily brushed off as my pain to their practice is only subjective and not objective. I sat in an office being told almost as if they’re attempting to sell me the story that I’m fine. All whilst I have cold sweats from pain in their Ac cool offices. Dealing with this Surgeon, Dr. Cabral, works comp and my employer has been like praying to no God. Because your pain however well articulated and described still can’t be enough for the ethical action of writing a classification of what I am and am not able if doing for the time being. It starts with the doctor and is perpetuated by workscomp of Florida. My pain is excruciating. They did a ultrasound and found I’ve healed well. (Great news) however WHY THE CRAZY PAIN RADIATING FROM SURGERY SITE?!?!?!?
Office administration is a major problem. I have now had appointments for surgery Feb. 3rd, Mar. 2nd, April 1st (fault of pandemic) and June 11th and they screwed up and cancelled me every time. Due to no real communication or empathy skills and people that try to tell you it’s your fault because they’re never wrong.

excellent doctor ! had my hernia surgery with him and was perfect !
Thank You Dr young and staff. I had my bilateral inguinal hernia surgery on Feb 17, 2017. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have my surgery done by Dr young. My surgery and recovery went much better than the doctor explained in details. From the moment i called to schedule my appointment with the doctor until one week after my surgery everyone was very pleasant, courteous and attentive.
This posting is a bit strange in the sense that it refers to Dr. Young as a FEMALE, yet the photo seems to show otherwise. Kindly clarify.....
I had my surgery done close to A year ago. This doctor is awesome. After the surgery I walked out and had breakfast, I never had any pain or took any painkillers besides a few Tylenol. I was back in the gym a few days later. Don't hesitate to go to this doctor
Not an ounce of pain!!!! Use this guy!!!!!!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
