The worst place to plan get a massage. I got a deal on Groupon I call the place to make an appointment the was a gift for my husband birthday. When he shows up the place was closed and he waited when they arrive to open the place they told my husband to reschedule the appointment because they were over book this place is no serious. I read some reviews but I decided to get it because it was a few good ones.but I think is from family members those good ones. Horrible horrible horrible experience 👎🏻

This place was a gift from my wife. For chiropractics, they look legit but not the place for massages. Masseuse didn’t seem enthusiastic or happy to see me when I greeted her, not even a smile. The massage requested was for relaxation and left feeling more tense. Upon its finish, masseuse didn’t even say thank you. I spoke to front desk about it because I thought maybe she was not having a great day and they basically said they will speak to her later. I do not recommend.

I've been coming to Jimenez Chiropractic -Med Spa for years now. I recommend to all. My husband and daughter are patients too. We live in Fort Lauderdale but will travel for exceptional service. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Jimenez, Marta is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Great Staff too. ❤️

Dr.Jimenez and staff are currently helping me recover from a car accident and i dont know what I would do without them. Genuinely an outstanding practice..I limped in and walked out.

I do not recommend this place at all... Dr. Jimenez seems to be very good at what he does, but the way the clinic is run, is the worst. Dr. Jimenez is not available at all times, and if he is not around, no one knows what is going on. They asked me several times what I needed for the session, as if I was the doctor and I knew what needed to be done to heal my injury! LOL I could have done that at my house and not spend 1k on this. Appointments are not on time, they make you wait for hours, without even letting you know. You have to ask the staff what is going on, for them to tell you that no one is at the office and it is going to be a wait of 40mins more, after waiting 40 mins for your appointment. They definitely don't care about the patient and it was one of the most horrible experiences and money wasted. There are other good doctors out there, don't waste your time and money here.

I am visiting South Beach for a mental health break and booked a Swedish Massage through Groupon. When I arrived I was given a clipboard to complete my medical history. On the questionnaire I was asked the reason for my massage and points of interest. I stated I wanted a relaxing massage. What I received wasn't that. I mean, the masseur was good at what she did but, I wasn't there for a deep tissue massage. When the massage was light it was most definitely relaxing. But when it wasn't light I was it was the opposite. My suggestion to the company is to focus on the questionnaire and give the client what they asked for in the future please.
