John Wilkerson's Online Review Report Card

I’m from The Bahamas 🇧🇸 I had a bad accident to work and I dislocated my shoulder and torn ligaments. I mean freak accident . My local Doctor told me he couldn’t handle that type of surgery said it was to complexed for him, so he recommended Dr. Wilkerson. I just want to say Dr Wilkerson is a master at his craft A-1 surgeon. My shoulder feels so much better than before I can feel the difference right after surgery. I just can’t stop thanking him, Sir you are a blessing. His staff was so friendly made me feel comfortable, also Dr Wilkerson is linked to well train therapists I did a few sessions with them. Thanks Dr Wilkerson 🙏🏾

the entire experience with this practice was amazing. from setting up the appointment, the friendly professional office staff, to the appointment itself, the Medical care received (best Orthopedic experience ive ever had - and have had plenty) with the PA and the Dr., to the final follow-up! do yourself a favor and make an appointment

Fantastic doctor and staff

Second time in the office , I waited 1hr 45 minutes and still here waiting for the doc to see me. Expect to wait long times if you come here , there is not an understanding that you may have a job , or other responsibilities to take care of. He is a good doctor , I just wish they could take this in consideration since it is a repetitive concern of people.

Dr Wilkerson is a fine doctor but oh my god I’ve seen him 3 times and each time has been worse than the last. I will be early/on time for my appointment and they have me waiting in the waiting room each time for AT LEAST 30 minutes. Then when they finally bring you from the waiting room into the office, you’re waiting to see the doctor again for at minimum ANOTHER 30 minutes. This has happened to me 3 times in a row. Even when I pop my head out and ask to be seen they don’t come. It’s almost funny how unprofessional it is. They seem to not understand that people have jobs and other responsibilities that don’t include literally waiting an hour to see a doctor. One time I even told them ahead of time that I had a flight to catch later that day and I would come but the Dr must not be late like always otherwise I couldn’t come and they said ok. You guessed it, he was so late again, I had to leave and not see a doctor. Total waste of a trip AND I was late to the airport. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Best Doctor EVER, my surgery was a piece of cake. I was scared. I had NO PAIN before, during nor after, I received a BLOCK before surgery and those miracle working hands of Doctor Wilkerson Hallelujah. He prescribed all the medication he knew I needed before surgery . The office is so on point. 200% recommended highly.

The options he recommend are always the correct and the perform of the surgery process and results are awesome. He share the complete explanation of the process and I received excellent pictures of the inside surgery. It’s impressive the success of the treatment after surgery.
