Could not have the surgery done I called and text and they did not refund my deposit of $1,700 dollars the office manager was rude and disrespectful. These people are crooks don’t go there!

Dr. Jose Rodriguez-Feliz is the best! I highly recommend him and his staff if you’re looking to do blepharoplasty or any type of eye surgery. Eyes are one of his specialties! I’m so very happy with my upper blepharoplasty with Ptosis repair. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with this procedure. Dr Rodriguez-Feliz and his staff make you feel comfortable and they are very caring. I feel and look refreshed with my surgery. I’ve had so many compliments, just stating how young and refreshed I look! This was exactly what I was hoping for! Thank you again Dr. Feliz Rodriguez!

My experience with Dr. Rodriguez -Feliz and his staff was excellent. The care I received was professional and compassionate from beginning to my last post op appointment. Most importantly, my eyes look great and I look 10 years younger. Everyday I receive many compliments. I highly recommend him for any facial procedure.

If I could rate this clinic 10 stars, I would. I had an eyebrow transplant performed by Dr. RF and his team back in May and the results have changed my life. My eyebrows themselves, the shape, the density, everything, has far exceeded my expectations. My experience from the consultation to my six month follow up appointment has been so pleasant. I was always contacted by someone from the office who was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the whole process. I was made so comfortable for the actual procedure as well. They always asked how I was doing, how I was feeling and that meant a lot to me. They always took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Rodriguez-Feliz and his office!!

Ramon Frisneda 10/03/2024 I want to start this review with something that may sound very obvious, which are the results of the surgery. Prior to the procedure, I did my own comprehensive research on the Blepharoplasty, and although I was always confident that the results would be optimal, I can now say with certainty that the results have been very successful, and even better than I expected. The change in my face is really noticeable and positive. As a journalist, a large part of my daily work involves research and investigation to learn all the details about things. This is the approach I took when I began my search for a doctor who would give me confidence and the positive feeling that I would achieve the results I expected. That is how I came to find Dr. Jose Rodriguez-Feliz. This surgery was about my face, and of course I was nervous that something could go wrong. Beyond the cost, or even the distance, finding the right doctor was the most important factor for me. I traveled to Miami from my home in NYC, and the truth is that every day that has passed since the operation on September 19th, I am certain that I made the best decision. Beyond the results of the surgery, there are other things that I must comment on. Dr. Rodriguez-Feliz and his entire team, including Victoria, Ronald, the anesthesiologist, and others were highly professional and always came with an excellent, positive attitude. From the first virtual appointments several months ago, all the way through each one of the in-person appointments before and after the surgery, the level of service from the entire team has made me feel very comfortable and confident that everything would go well. And I think I should end by commenting on Dr. Rodriguez-Feliz's clinic. The place is very nice, elegant, and tasteful, and you can tell that they have the latest technology and equipment. It's been two weeks since my surgery, and I no longer have any bruises, and almost no swelling, which is undoubtedly the result of the excellent work done by this entire team of professionals, before, during and after the surgery. Thank you all, and especially to Dr. Rodriguez-Feliz.

10/10 experience! From the moment I made contact with Joanna, she was able to take a specific request and give me a direct answer of if the procedure I wanted during a specific period of time would be possible. The office accommodated me with virtual visits since I was out of state. All of my concerns were addressed. Surgery day was smooth and seamless. Their office is modern, clean, and exceptional. Everyone I encountered at the office through pre ops, surgery, and post ops was fantastic. Can’t recommend Dr. Jose Rodriguez-Feliz and his staff enough!
