I wouldn’t usually write a review, but this doctor was entirely unhelpful. I came in looking for help with my acne. She never once touched my skin. She prescribed me her expensive formulations which are nothing special, cost approx $100 on top of appt fees, and did nothing for me. The office called me to reschedule my follow-up appointment, I agreed. On the day of the rescheduled appt I arrived on time and spent nearly an hour in the waiting room anyway. When the doctor finally saw me, she remarked my skin looked extremely enflamed and then told me the only other option for me was accutane. Overall a useless waste of my time and money. Do not see her if you’re looking for help with acne.

Today was my first visit at Dr. Martin’s office, at my experience was fantastic. Wait time was surprisingly short considering most doctors now a days make you wait forever. I didn’t even wait 30 mins to be seen by her. Her staff was not only helpful, but they explained my insurance benefits and my responsibility in advanced, they were sweet and helpful. I recommend Dr. Martin 100%

Dr Lucy K Martin is in my opinion one of the best doctor I have ever visited in my life. Dr Lucy Martin has an excellent diagnosis, excellent treatment and explaine everything you need to know about your diagnosis. Her recepcionist is very attentive, and the waiting time is not long. Buiding has a free parking and excellent location.

Dr.Martin and her staff are very kind and professional. There’s not much of a wait time when visiting her and she’s the best at explaining what she’s going to do depending on what the problem is. Thanks to her, my skin is looking better than ever.

I went to Dr. Martin's office a couple of weeks ago and was impressed. The receptionist was extremely kind as well as Dr. Martin. I was in and out within 20 minutes which was great because I was in a rush to get to work.
