I hope never get back! They took 2 hours to see my son and after all couldn’t find his file. I arrived 9:45 am my appointment was 10 am. The start attending 12:15 pm. So far I’m still waiting my son’s file on my email. They don’t care!

The assistants were great. From the folks at the front desk to the medical assistants they were all very professional and Very timely. And Dr.Herzhinger was so good with both my 5 year old and my 10 year old. For a doctor’s visit, it was a very pleasant experience!

I don't have enough good things to say about this office! I was seen by Dr. Haushalter and her nurse or assistant Yan. Talking about certain medical issues can be embrassimg, stressful, and anxiety inducing, and I was initially visibly emotional. Yan was so supportive and kind and reassuring. Dr. Haushalter also has an awesome bedside matter and was extremely reassuring and comforting. She made sure I understood we were going to get to the bottom of things, and I would get the care I needed. I can't imagine how a man might have handled the emotions. It was such a pleasure to be seen by these two incredibly competent and professional women. I am so glad I was referred (by yet another awesome doctor - Michelle Starke across the street specializing in OBGYN).

Dr. Haushalder and her staff are the very best! Dr. H. saved me from a terrible health threat last year. Her determination, perseverance, and kind disposition cannot be overlooked. Looking for a great Derm office, you found it. Don’t look any further!

Excellent experience . Office staff well trained , professional and organized. Physician was extremely thorough with yearly skin checks for both of my children.

I was very excited to make an appointment for my son. First I called for 1 doc and was told she only saw patients over age of 6. Then I requested Dr Gonzalez to be told she was on vacation for TWO MONTHS and only the NP was available. I agreed. I spoke to someone on the phone and the girl asked about my sons insurance with his ID # and all. I drove over 1 hour to the appt to be told "sorry we don't accept this insurance but you can pay self pay $300-$500" Ok I just want the doc to see his Rash how much is the doctors consult only? $300-$500 ok so is it $300 or is it $500?? "It depends".... can't give a straight up answer. Please inform your front office to verify what insurances you worm with before making people drive an HOUR to your office.
