Mi esposo y yo somos pacientes del Dr Masvidal por casi 30 years , mi esposo es incapacitado y yo tengo un problema de rodillas que apenas puedo caminar, nuestra cita era una a la 10:00am y la otra a las 10;30 AM, CUANDO LLEGAMOS EL "LOBBY" ESTABA LLENO DE PACIENTES y ni pensar que nos llamarian a la hora, luego la recepcionista dijo que nuestra cita era a las 10:30 am y la otra a la 10:45 am; por supuesto si estaba todo demasiado lleno ellas se encargan de ir moviendo a los pacientes sin consultar, y sin las mas minima humanidad a las personas mayores, maxime a los pacientes de hace tantos anos , que el Dr Masvidal veia cuando el estaba en su propia consulta, y todo era mas rapido y agradable; todo es muy rudo y no educada; y nos extrana que en esto momentos de la Pandemia (COVID-19), tengan tantas personas juntas en las sala de espera tan pequena; cuando casi todos los Doctores, tienen pocos pacientes esperando ; yo tenia una urgencia y mi esposo por ver al Dr Masvidal que dicho sea es una bella persona; esta cita estaba programada desde Diciembre de 2020. Pero ahora todo ha cambiado mucho; ojala que el Dr lo lea, y sepa que es lo ques esta pasando con su oficina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I have been a patient of dr Masvidal for over 30 years. I have been trying to get an appointment with him for 2 weeks now to no avail. First the number listed for his office tells you to call within business hours to make an appointment. You get this message no matter at what time you call. I happen to live nearby so I decided to stop by the office where the receptionist gave me a new number to call for appointments. I have been calling this new number for a week and they just put you on hold and never answer. I guess its time to get a new doctor where they actually answer the phone.

Impossible to get an appointment with this doctor. I have been his patient for over 30 years and have tried to get an appointment during the last 2 weeks to no avail. Time to find a new doctor.

I love Dr. Masvidal…very professional, courteous, never in a hurry to be done with you, and something very rare in his profession….caring….but…it takes me months to get an appointment….several times I am placed on hold and then disconnected…once you are in the office the staff is nice…is just making the appointment is horrendous…
