After being diagnosed with a malignant cancer, Dr. Gra Menendez made the whole process easier to go thru. She was caring and sincerely compassionate, from biopsy, to pre-surgery and then surgery, even post surgery. Few Doctors are as kind and caring as her, especially in a time like this.

Terrible service. I had one appointment with her, she ordered labs and ask me to message her through the UM patient portal when the results were in. After waiting over two weeks for a response, I messaged her again asking for her recommendations. A staff member replied that my messages were forwarded to her. She never replied to my messages. Doctors don’t realize that we hire them to provide a service, and if we’re unsatisfied we can fire them. So, Dr. Menendez you’re fired.

Excellent, caring doctor. Always stays on top of all my tests results. Strong family history of thyroid cancer so she carefully monitors with ultrasounds. Treats my hypothyroidism and saw me through parathyroid surgery.

Not a good communicator and DOES NOT review tests 'she' ordered. After phone calls and emails, she still does not respond.

Well, I feel extremely bad leaving this type of review, but if you have to wait for more than three weeks to get a urine test result and still today after many emails, voice mails still no response, then we have issues. My daughter is waiting to have a radiation pill and has been in a special diet to determine if pill is a go or not. Up to today and three weeks with the same diet(diet was only to be done for two weeks) still no response from Doctor Menendez and/or her team. Unacceptable.

Worse doctor ever. I been seeing by different endocronologist and wanted a second opinion. Did not listen to my symptoms. She just said, it had nothing to do endocrinology and to come back in 6 months. I clearly told her I was never coming back. Three weeks later saw a different endo that did blood work, and tests. Actually, he found a tumor in the pituitary glands. Do no not recommend. Charged my insurance a 45+ min visit when it was a 5 min.

Nice but doesn't listen to client or give answers to questions. Documented assessments on systems she didn't assess and wrote she recommended medications she did not discuss with me. Made me feel she was trying to box me into a diagnosis of which I had no symptoms stated diagnosis of osteoporosis based solely on early menopause and limited HRT even though I related my tests had all been normal, my only fracture was falling out of tree at 35 yrs of age and no loss of height.
