The Lennar Foundation Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

one of the worst places to go Sylvester is a joke they are only interested in you and give you the red carpet when it comes to making money off you. Besides that your apt will take years and they mis interpreter your films. as for the Director at the Lenar center well , let's just say he cares even less! i have it one star if not my review won't don't post! This goes for all their facilities.

Stone age technology like this is completely unacceptable. I called inquiring about medical services and was transferred three times then hung up on. Unacceptable.

Have been attended by a specialist in the Lennar Foundation Medical Center for some years. An outstanding place with very good service. I would only complain about the sound level of the piano in the lobby which is really noisy. When I have to wait there I better seat at the end of one of the halls. Given then place and reasons people have to be there, a quiet music would be much better.

Honestly the best facility I’ve ever been at. Fast Clean Efficient Cordial stuff Competent doctors and personnel 👍🏻

The Orthopedist recommended an MRI i suspected unnecessary but UHealth came back with an estimate stating my insurance covered it in its entirety so I agreed to the test. Two weeks later I got a bill upwards of $3k. I'm still trying to dispute it in multiple calls with long waiting times to get a live agent. Not to mention that the orthopedist has cancelled my follow up appointment twice. Its been 1.5 months since the MRI. Clearly it was an unnecessary test.

No better place to get quality healthcare.

Empeze mi tratamiento en October del 2020 en plena pandemia 23 quimioterapia 23 radiaciones y jamás me sentí sola no obstante que ningún familiar y amigo pudo entrar conmigo a partir de ese momento y hasta el día de hoy solamente en lo único que pienso y hago es dar gracias todos los días de mi vida por haber entrado a este hospital desde los médicos emfermera y técnicos y todo el personal tienen mis más profundo respeto y agradecimiento GRACIAS MUCHAS GRACIAS A TODOS

I recently moved to the area and discovered your facilities and professionals that work there. I must say it is quite impressive! I absolutely love your facility from beginning to end. Starting from the incredibly friendly and helpful Ignacio Socorro in the lobby, who remembers you by name and is always wishing well in your appointments. Dr. DaSilva that got me back on track with my eyes so I could appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds us and his kind demeanor that was not annoyed by my multitude of questions and concerns. Next the 2 young men in the reception on the 3rd floor, Michael Messpa and Daniel Parroquin whose smiles made you forget you’re there for a drs visit and were so incredibly helpful with the kiosks and did not make us feel old as we stared at the screens totally lost. They are the definition of 5 star customer service! Congratulations to their parents for raising true gentlemen and UM for acquiring their talent. I was there to see Dr. Dodd (the real life Dr. McDreamy) his knowledge and skills were simply impressive and in my eyes proves that in being the best you don’t lose your ability to be kind, understanding, funny and compassionate. Every experience I’ve had thus far has been impressive and can’t forget our girls at the PT department as they are the reason for us changing most of our physicians to make sure we only go to Lennar whenever possible. They were our first impression of the Lennar facility and they will forever hold a very special place in our hearts; Izzy, Cassandra, Vivian, and of course Samantha, ladies you’ve been a blessing to us! Your professionalism, compassion, understanding, follow up and care is immeasurable and most definitely a diamond in the rough in this volatile world we live in. On behalf of my wife and I, we thank you all for your support on my road to recovery.
