The Lennar Foundation Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Acabo de hacer una llamada al departamento de imágenes o medical records y me tuvieron en espera por más de 45 minutos. La llamada la hice a las 4:40 pm y la máquina me dijo que solo tenía una persona delante y que el tiempo de espera era de 2 minutos. 45 minutos después desistí. Lamento no poder darle menos de una estrella porque en realidad no merecen ni eso. “0” profesionalismo.

UN Health in Coral Gables offers an excellent healthcare experience from start to finish. They have great doctors on site, and everything is designed to make your visit as comfortable as possible. The location is very convenient, right next to the Metrorail station, and if you're driving, they validate your parking so it's free. There's also valet parking available, which makes getting in and out very easy. Check-in is quick and simple thanks to automated kiosks that capture all your information, and accessing your medical records is straightforward, especially helpful when you're checking in on your own or managing follow-ups. The doctors are highly specialized and clearly know their fields, which makes it reassuring to hear their recommendations and explanations. The nurses and practitioners are just as cool, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Definitively a center I will always try to go every time I need to if they offer the service I'm looking for. Bonus track: the piano playing in the background makes the environment even more relaxed, perfect for a patient who is under stress. The waiting area is comfortable and well maintained, and a really nice touch is the coffee machine on site, where you can make anything from an espresso to a regular American coffee while you wait. Also, there's an optical center onsite. Overall, UN Health combines excellent medical care with convenience, comfort, and a very patient-focused experience. Highly recommended.

Had mammogram today with Danibis Rivera , I was impressed how professional, knowledgeable and kind she was when performing my mammogram. Definitely I will be back and ask for her next time and more than that I will bring my family here too. Thanks Lennar keep doing the excellent work and taking a really good care of us. More than 5 star if was possible !

This location is close by my house which is great. Parking is validated if you park in the garage and I believe valet is $3-$5. Cant remember as I usually park in the garage or uber. I love that I can get many things done in this building. I have my primary care doctor here, I have gotten labs, x-rays, ultrasounds, & an MRI here. They also have a Bascom Palmer office here so that I don't have to go to the one near Jackson. I love that they have early morning appts and some late evening appointments The facility is clean and staff is wonderful. They have a cafe on the first floor that is reasonably priced.

A beautiful center that feels extremely high tech and up to date. I've come here a few times for procedures and always feel like I'm in the safest hands. Between the staff, nurses and doctors everyone is always so helpful and professional. My favorite part is that every time I walk in there's a pianist playing lovely music in the background. It definitely helps people's nerves and brings everyone in a lighter more positive mood. They offer valet (which could be validated) and parking a block away.

Siempre recibí la mejor atención , hace dos años me trata el dr villamizar exelente y he ido trasladando todo para allá,,magnífico el dr Dona en fin desde q llegas sientes el trato profesional,rápido y esmerado. Para mí una constelación de estrellas les daría, gracias por estar para sus pacientes a todos gracias

UM Medical Parking garage is 5 levels high. Spaces are limited and can get maxed out by afternoon hours. After parking you must take elevator to first floor, then walk over to Lennar Medical Center (covered indoors). UM Health Information Desk is on first floor in front of elevators. There is also a Walgreens pharmacy on the first floor at Lennar Medical Center.

My first visit for a mammogram went amazing... everyone I encountered was super sweet and gentle....well i did the pre check-in the first time and I was extremely relieved that a visit I always dread was shockingly quite pleasant.... However, that visit had an abnormal test result and i was asked to do more extensive testing on one of my breast... SUPER SCARY!!! So needless to say these have been the worst 2 weeks I've ever experienced waiting to find out if I might have breast cancer .... So I arrive to the second appointment, super anxious and nervous but finally I was going to have an answer after this visit .... Nope... WRONG!!! This time I had to stop at the check-in desk because I had to pay $1200 that the insurance didn't cover, and this nasty, unprofessional, no empathy or compassion for man kind! And this women is the face of the cancer center and women's center on the 4th floor. Holy crap! Well $1200 is just absurd for anyone to hane to pay in one shot so I was sure I could pay in installments like I've done many times before with other medical facilities... But nope this nasty person turned me away as I cried so I asked her what if you had a negative mammogram test result and someone turned you away knowing that you could possibly have cancer? And she replied "well it's not me it's you so either pay or reschedule". I'm not sure why or how I restrained myself from punching her in the face, but somehow I just turned and walked away with no tests and not even a clue of what to do next because she did not even try to say well call here go there... NOTHING!!! So now I'm still here super stressed and worried because this disgusting human being does not give a crap.

I like the facilities, the professionals and staff. But in my last visit for a procedure, I got Covid. I heard that many students with Covid visit the Facility to get prescriptions, without masks or taking any precautions. I was out of my work for 10 days, and my husband is now sick, too. This is unacceptable.
