List of Aileen Danko's Reviews
I fractured my knee cap in 2013, she sent me to physical therapy and everything was good so far. I tore my meniscus the following year and she told me I needed knee surgery to shave the meniscus, after my surgery, I had no idea I had to begin physical therapy a week or 2 after so that there’s no scar tissue build up. Thing is, I began physical therapy a month after my surgery. A whole year and a half later I kept having pain to the point I had to go to the ER and got an MRI done and they found something in my knee which they thought it was a metallic artifact. She told me she needed to open me up again. I went to another doctor and they said she wasn’t good and were disappointed. Then I went to Joe DiMaggio and my Dr. said this is not the first time this has happened with another patient of hers and seemed frustrated. He then fixed my knee. She may be nice and the sweetest but I don’t recommend. My cousin also went through the same thing with her.
Omg I’m completely shocked at how the lady at the front desk spoke to me. I would never take my son here. If the staff is rude and unconcerned imagine how the doctor is.
I can only give the highest rating to Dr Danko and her staff. I have been taking my grandson there for 16 months and the entire staff are so caring and shows great compassion and concern for their patients.
Dr. Danko is amazing HOWEVER, the receptionist Kelly is absolutely rude and unfriendly. The X-ray tech was also welcoming and helpful- they need to put him upfront.
Our experience is great with this office and exceptionally excellent with the Doctor. Us and our kids were very satisfied with the Doctor. As a parents we care how the Doctor is - we have to give her A plus for her behavior and treatment.
The front office staff is very rude, DON’T waste your time and energy going to this office. It’s very aggravating. I switched jobs and therefore I switched my insurance company while my daughter was going through a treatment, I called the front office inquiring some info and the person who answered the phone didn’t have manners, she was VERY RUDE, so I asked to speak to her supervisor or someone else, the person who came to the phone after that was twice as worse than the first one. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF. Also, how convenient that one of the 5 stars reviews was written by her (Dr. Aileen) and the other one was written by Peter King a gentleman that works at her office.
DONT LOSE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE! RUDE STAFF, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been taking my daughter there since she broke her arm. Besides the fact that they keep rescheduling appointments all the time, they tend to cancel and not tell you, and I always have to wait over 1 and half hour for my daughter to be seen. I had changed insurance and called this office 2 weeks before the appointment and asked them to check if I needed a referral to be seen, so I could get it before the appointment, they never called so assumed everything was fine. When I got there, I was told I needed a referral and they couldn’t see me that day even thought the appointment was made 6 weeks ago. I was very upset from taking time off from work again. I asked to speak to the Doctor and they refused to let me talk to her, So I waited for her anyways and when I saw her walking by the hall, I asked her to speak to her and she walked right by me, as if she didn’t care to hear what happened. If a Doctor don’t care about her own practice, it’s un-expectable for the staff to care. Seems like the Doctor is only available when there’s money involved.
Unfortunately this was a terrible experience..the appt was rescheduled by doctor many times since she was in surgery..after almost 1 year after scheduling we were finally seen, they recommended someone to do my daughter shoe incert to resolve her knee touching and it was impossible for the guy to call us back. I called the office many times, total waste of time! They should have other people to recommend to do the shoe incert since the one they have is super irresponsible!
Called to make an appointment and the front desk was very rude. Not going there!
Worst experience ever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
