Front staff is usually helpful. Wait times are long sometimes but it's understandable due to so many kids being seen. Dr.Wong is the best! Very thorough, professional and courteous.

I made an appointment with Dr. Cotler a month ago. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes, they asked if I would be willing to see another Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong was okay, but not very attentive. Everything was quick quick. He didn't take the time to really get to know me or my son.

We love dr.wong. He’s great. Very informative, very friendly, and caring. The nurses so far have been great as well. The front desk gets really busy so I haven’t interacted much with them when I check in, but no complaints from me.
