Broke HIPAA laws, released my blood work to someone else. Told me my blood work was fine find out 6 months later it wasn't fine at all. I've called and showed up to speak to Dr. they consistently tell me she's not in. There fax machine has been broken for months so they cant send me my results or print them.

Broke HIPAA laws, and released my blood work to someone else. Called me and told me my blood work was fine find out that 6 months later it wasn't fine at all. I've called and shown up to speak to Dr. they consistently tell me she's not in and cant return my calls. Prescribed me the wrong medication and the wrong dose. Their fax machine has been broken for months so they can't send me my results or print them. Consistently hang up the phone on me. I will never be going back! I've never been more upset as a 21-year-old they haven't taken me seriously at all my health is very important to me and this dr office doesn't seem to care whatsoever.

Dr. DeSouza is always the consummate professional. She is personable and thoughtful of her clients. I drive from Port St Lucie to see her and would drive a thousand more mile if necessary. Thank you.
