I don't know how to start this review.My recommendation for all the people who will visit this place is:1. Be very patient. If you have an appointment, please notify the front desk. Many people arrive without an appointment and you have to wait in line and you actually DON'T have to wait in line if you have an appointment because you are priority. They don't tell you, but that's how it works. (There are many people who arrive at this place 3 hours before their appointment and it makes the wait time longer).2. Be very patient. The level of disorganization at this place is high.3. Be very patient. If you have an appointment, arrive at the time stipulated in your appointment. Do not arrive 3 hours early. Be on time, don't be early. This makes those of us who have an appointment and arrive at the correct time wait even longer.4. Be very patient. The results will not come as promised.5. Something that I notice is that the staff member doesn't changed there gloves in each test. They don't use alcohol at least to clean them.Overall this place need improvement on there logistic. If you need someone to do it I volunteer to do it for free.

The was a guy working the counter and not doing his job. There was at least 7 people who had appointments almost 2 hrs prior. There was only a total of about 12 people. Yet he has the nerve to be checking his phone when you have a job to do. Very unorganized. Never going here again. Terrible
