I was looking for a new primary care doctor when I moved to Skagit County. I feel blessed that I found Dr. Arnold. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. He takes the time to explain your condition and the latest treatments. You won't be rushed. He reminds me of the old fashioned doctors that would take the time to know their patients. You will never get the feeling that all he wants to do is refill scripts and get you out. If you are looking for a new primary care doctor.....this is your guy.
