Very bad customer service !! All the time with actitud! The person infront desk And Dr Martin asked me, why I was there!? At that time Araund 10:00pm !!! If I went it’s a emergency!? I think they are there to provide a good service to the patients……

The staff and care I experienced here were beyond 5 stars. I came in with severe pain. They quickly acknowledged me and treated me while showing compassion. The doctor was able to assess my issue and the nursing staff was there to help me calm down and get me to the point where I could walk out.I was sent home with the medication I needed and a treatment plan to ensure that my issue was resolved.The facility was very clean and I felt safe to be there. Everyone inside took proper Covid percautions and even offered proper masks for people who came in with a basic cloth mask.This urgent care is also open 7 hrs beyond what my other local urgent care clinic were open to. I really appreciate that because I would have otherwise had to go to the ER instead.I would 100% recommened this Urgent Care to everyone.
