To begin with I did not have to wait long at all.Good vybz with an excellent even getting my prescriptions through the machine was swift and I was done. I'm grateful for this urgent care facility and the quality service they provide.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the nurses and doctors that took care of me at Baptist Health! I walked in with so much pain and was miserable. I only had about a 20 minute wait and was taken back and cared for immediately. I felt better the next day. Everyone was so warm and caring and explained everything to me before it happened. Thank you so much!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Amazing treatment. I was in and out in less than an hour. Icing on the cake, the prescription was dispensed on my way out. I hope that I do not have to go back because that would mean that I’m not 💯 % but that Urgent Care will be my first choice.

I had the BEST experience at Baptist Health from the front door security to the RN to the doctor. Every single person that handled me was the sweetest, kindest people. They were gentle and attentive. I was impressed with how clean the whole place as well. Thank you to the staff at Baptist Health Urgent Care.

What a fantastic urgent care clinic. After a great experience at their Boca Hospital location for an emergency I gave them a shot for a recent bout of bronchitis. Everyone from the front staff, to security, to the doctors and nurses was friendly and helpful. Also they make a point to keep you updated as to what is going on and get you going home as fast as possible.

From the moment I walked into this facility I felt welcomed from frontline team members on up to the doctor. The doctor took the opportunity to explain my ailment and what steps are required to address those concerns. The entire team was amazing and gave personalized care. I highly recommend this facility.

II went fro my severe allergy and was very happy to receive very prompt treatment from Dr. Martin and his nurse Ms Andrea. They made me very comfortable by explaining my problem with their caring nature. Their treatment helped me immediately within few hours. The front Desk staff was very courteous as well as the other staff. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
