Everyone very attentive and efficient, and I did not feel rushed at any time. The doctor was very responsive to my current concerns, and was easy to talk to. Phones answered quickly, and after leaving one voicemail, my call was returned quickly. I was nervous beforehand, but felt at ease with all interactions. I do need to have an upper GI done - as it turns out, they are able to do this at the same location as the office, and my insurance approved that - a great bonus!
