My oncology doctor recommended this doctor- did not wait long for appointment nor anything else I needed Doctor is a great doctor and informed on what he does / his staff was courteous and had no problems with anything Has an outpatient surgery and all went very well

I have known this doctor since 2018 when he done my gallbladder surgery. He done fantastic job on that surgery . Now I am back in his office to look at my mammogram results. I was so scared and he explained everything made me feel better and I don’t have any thing to worry about just repeat for the cyst . He is very professional, and meek . Just a great man all the way around. The front office is extremely helpful and pleasant.

The Doctor is very nice unfortunate the staff he has is very unorganized and rude. Latoya and Justin were not helpful at all.my surgery had to be cancels twice because they refuse to tell you what your entire surgery will cost you. They make it seem like it’s only a 200 dollar copay then when you get to hospital surprise you have to pay 7,000 or you don’t get surgery and that is with having insurance. Save yourself some aggravation and use another practice. This Doctor would be more successful if he didn’t have them.

The surgeon was very kind, humble, and explained the procedure in detail. My husband was anxious before the surgery but the surgeon helped to ease his worries as he explained everything in a way my husband would understand. Thank you so much!

The office staff is professional, courteous and efficient. Have to give a big shout out for LaToya. Dr. Zaragosa is an excellent surgeon -- made the whole process a wonderful experience

Had a biopsy done today. Dr Zaragoza was amazing. He explained everything and was as gentle as can be. If you have to have a breast biopsy I highly recommend him.

Not great. I was told by the MD I needed a medical device, covered by my plan, and a week later I am still waiting for his staffers to follow up with a prescription, as required by the insurance company. Apparently, they either haven't been taught, or forgot, that billing for a visit to the MD includes prescriptions needed. Not to mention the obvious; that if a patient's pain could be alleviated by something as simple as faxing a prescription, they should make it a priority to get off the comfy couch and do their required part. Honestly, I'm not sure what's worse; the negligence, or his employees' attitude when I call to ask about the delay. It's almost as if they were doing me a favor. Doctor Zaragoza may be the greatest guy in the world but, as of right now, three follow up calls later, I have no device, and no rx for one, either. Will call insurance company next. Finally, thanks to his staff and their uncaring behaviour, I'm going to another doctor.
