List of Douglas E. Weiner's Reviews
Dr Weiner is so caring and answers any and all my questions. He gives me common sense suggestions.
Never made it far enough to see a doctor. Called three days in a row, had to leave voice messages that were never returned. Finally got a person on the fourth day trying to obtain new patient and insurance information. The office staff is totally ignorant of basic courtesy, or how their own office operates. It was a blessing in disguise and insight as to the type of care I would receive if I was actually in need of immediate medical care.
Both my mother and I were his patient. When I would ask him about issues my mother was having he said it was all in her head. Well it was it was the beginning of dementia which if treated she wouldn't have regressed even quicker. When I told him I had a lump under my jaw he said it was my imagination. When I went back again he said it was nothing and my imagination. How does your imagination grow? I end be diagnosised with Non Hodjkens lymphoma. After 6 months of chemo and immuntherapy and immunitheray for another two years I am cancer free. If it wasn't slow growing I would have probly no have made it. It was stage four and in my chest abdomin, and pelvis.
Dr Weiner is an exceptional doctor. Agree with all of the above positive reviews. However, I also agree with horrible customer service from the office. It's a nightmare!! I wonder if the Dr has any clue. You are left on hold and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I don't know why the Dr can't have a dedicated line for his patients with insurance. Five stars for the doctor, but his office staff totally cancel out any positivity.
If it weren’t for the fact that I had to move away from school I would still chose to have Dr.Weiner. He truly is the best and you can tell he loves not only his work but patients as well. The best.
I must say that I enjoy the MDVIP medical services at Dr. Weiner’s office In Coral Springs. To be able to get all bloodwork and other laboratory testing done in one place is important to me. The office staff especially Marlena and Judith are so welcoming, caring and helpful and that is essential in running a smooth practice. The nurses are very professional and take time to explain things and answer questions to the best of their ability. The office is immaculate and you can see that everyone cares and are respectful to all patients. I don feel like a number here I feel like part of a family.
Imposible to see the doctor, staff gives the wrong information of witch office is the appointment, they don’t get the referrals and tell you that just in the moment of the appointment. Bad service from the staff.
Very satisfied with the service offered by Dr.Weiner. My medical experience has been very positive.Looking forward to continuing good results.
I have been seeing Dr. Weiner for 26 years. He’s helped both me and my husband (until his death 4 years ago) by not only fulfilling our needs, meds, catching my husband’s Cancer twice but has always been there for me as a friend, confidant, and a shoulder to cry on. I consider Dr. Weiner family and have recommended him to many people.
Dr. Weiner may be a good doctor, who came highly recommended by my long time doctor. Getting through the channels in place to book an appointment as new patient was appalling. I called new patient # and gave information to individual. She then transferred me to another # to make appointment. Was on hold for 1/2 hour. Called current patient # back and again put on hold. Gal could not find my information and gave me explanation of their process, which I did not need or care to know. I just wanted an appointment. She was rude and then put me on hold (or forget)!!!!! Needless to say I hung up and will research another pulmonary doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
